Cards of Fate is made by Nomadus Labs. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the email address you type into this site. If anything here is unclear, email us at REPLACE_WITH_CONTACT_EMAIL.

What we collect

When you sign up for the launch list, we store:

• The email address you entered.
• The date and time you signed up.
• Your IP address, the page that referred you, and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept only to block automated signups and spam.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To send you one email when Cards of Fate launches. That is the entire purpose. We will not send you a newsletter, a drip sequence, or anything else you did not ask for.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Where it is stored

On our own web hosting, in a private database that is not reachable from the public internet. The list is not sold, rented, traded, or shared with advertisers.

When we eventually send the launch email, we will need an email delivery provider to do it. That provider will process your address solely to deliver that message on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Until the launch email has been sent, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If the project is cancelled, the list is deleted.

The anti-spam data (IP address, user-agent) is only useful while the form is live and is cleared out routinely.

Your rights

If you are in the UK, EU, or a comparable jurisdiction, you have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you,
• correct it,
• delete it,
• or stop using it.

Email REPLACE_WITH_CONTACT_EMAIL from the address you signed up with and we will action it. Removal is permanent and takes effect immediately — there is no confirmation loop to sit through.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies on the public pages. Our private admin page sets a single session cookie so we can stay signed in; you will never encounter it.

The site loads a font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for that font file, including your IP address. No font is loaded from anywhere else, and nothing else is loaded from a third party.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page.
